ACWA’s office will be closed from 5pm December 21 and re-open January 3, 2017. We hope that everyone has a safe and relaxing holiday season and we look forward to an exciting 2017.
We have a huge array of projects planned including new ethical and professional resources, a community services workforce survey and fieldwork placements tools for students and education providers. To make sure you don’t miss these and future announcements subscribe to ACWA’s e-news here.
From all of us at ACWA, have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
Laying the groundwork for professional practice
Earlier this year ACWA launched our Practical Ethics Series designed to address in greater detail some of the key elements of ACWA's Code of Ethics. We're pleased to now introduce the partner series.
The Professional Practice Series will have a greater focus on supporting workers to understand best practice standards and how to achieve professionalism in their daily work.
The first information sheet in the series is being made public while future releases will be restricted to members only. Professional and ethical use of personal social media accounts is the topic of the first resource and we hope you find it useful.
